The Leadership Courage to Confront Reality

Courageous leaders face what is actually happening rather than protecting themselves from uncomfortable facts. Whether the issue is performance, staff departures, finances, damaged trust, a failing strategy, or something in their own hearts, faithful leadership begins by confronting reality and acting upon it.
