Simple Insights

Vague acknowledgments of mistakes can leave the underlying leadership pattern untouched. Genuine repentance is personal and specific: I recognize what I did, accept responsibility for its effect on others, seek forgiveness where appropriate, and make observable changes. In leadership, repentance should eventually become visible in the way a person leads.
