When Leaders Refuse to Make the Decision

A leader may postpone making a formal decision, but practical decisions are still being made every day. The work continues, the cost keeps rising, and someone else carries the burden. Not deciding is still a decision—usually one made at someone else’s expense.

How Do You Lead When You Are Not Sure Where You Are Going?

Excerpt: How do you lead others when you are questioning your own leadership and cannot clearly see where the organization is going? Faithful leadership does not require manufactured certainty. It requires truth, steadiness, courage, care for people, and trust in the God who remains sovereign over every uncertain future.
